FindYourSpot.com
I came across this website on a friend's blog and took the quiz. Basically it has 8 pages of questions to help determine your ideal location to live. Interestingly I have already lived in or passed through 18 of these cities on the medium size list. If I graphically represent these cities, Coeur D'Alene/Spokane is pretty much right in the center of all of these.
When I changed my answer from medium populated cities to small cities, Coeur D'Alene, ID (my hometown) was on the list. So is this list a self-fulfilling prophecy? Meaning, does where we are raised influence our answers? I would say yes, to an extent. I italicized the cities I have lived in.
