Headed Out of Town
We are headed out of town for the weekend so don't expect any posting til Monday at the earliest. We are headed to Salt Lake and hoping the roads are dried off when we take off this afternoon. We woke up to 1-2" of snow this morning, just as the weather man said we would. Lucky for me I leave early for work and didn't need the extra 10 minutes I gave myself to get here. We don't have snow tires yet for the van, so we really are hoping for dry roads. Work is ending at noon today so hopefully at least half of the drive will be in daylight.
I hope everyone has an excellent holiday. May your turkey be moist, may your pie be your favorite, may you be injury-free after your Turkey Bowl, may the Dallas Cowboys win their game tomorrow, may BYU beat Utah this weekend, and may you sleep well in a warm bed. Have a Happy Thanksgiving.

I can't wait to see your home! I Wish we had been there to help you move in - but obviously, we weren't terribly needed. I'm so glad you are loving your new ward. Our old ward was divided and combined with Ponderosa ward to create the French Creek ward which we are now in. Tim got called as YM president. I have yet to get a calling, I have also yet to be to church...hmmm. Anyway - thanksgiving wishes came true (at least I think they all did but I don' know about the cowboys game.) Did I mention we have a puppy? Miss you guys!
Well, we went 6 for 6 in the moist turkey, Cowboy win and all! It was a GREAT Thanksgiving here in TX. It was even a bit cold! upper 40's! Hope SLC was kind and the roads were good. :)
